Custom Order Policies 

  • Deposit & Payment: 50% deposit required to confirm your order. Remaining balance due 48 hours before pickup/delivery

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may receive a credit toward a future order. For cancellations within 7 days, the deposit cannot be refunded or credited

  • Order Changes: Must be requested 5+ days before your event. Extra costs apply if needed

  • Pickup & Delivery: Time will be confirmed before payment. Delivery fees and availability vary by location

  • Allergies: Our items are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. While we take care in our preparation, allergy-free items cannot be guaranteed
